Blast gate fasteners closeup

#6-32 machine screws and #6 washers were used to fasten the blast gate to the plastic tub. Note that a stack of 3 washers was needed outside the tub since the blast gate doesn't lie flat at the edges. A 9/64" drill bit made the holes--the blast gate does not come drilled. I wasn't sure how long the screws needed to be when I was at Home Depot, so I bought them extra long (1.5") and cut them down with the Dremel once they were in place.
